ADA Policy

Pursuant to Act 393 of the 2023 Regular Session, the Twin Parish Port Commission provides the following policies and procedures for ADA compliant public participation at Port Commission meetings:

1. Any person with a disability recognized by the ADA may request participation in the meeting through electronic (teleconference) means by emailing their name, address, email address, phone number, a description of their disability, and the meeting they wish to attend to info@PortOfDelcambre.com.
2. Upon recipe of the above information, the person will be emailed a notice and agenda of the meeting along with any other meeting documents and will be connected by teleconference at the start of the meeting and will allowed to participate by teleconference.
