Vermilion Bay Sweet Products Exhibited at Louisiana Foodservice & Hospitality Expo

Representatives from the Delcambre Direct Seafood program, Mitch Polito and Troy Theriot, attended the 61st Annual Louisiana Foodservice & Hospitality Expo in New Orleans held August 2-4.  As promoters for Delcambre Direct Seafood, Mitch and Troy showcased Vermilion Bay Sweet shrimp, black drum and catfish at this year’s Expo, which is widely considered THE premier foodservice event for the Gulf Coast. 

The Expo is an excellent platform for Delcambre Direct Seafood to reach potential customers, as thousands of hospitality operators and owners, as well as those who represent purchasing decision makers, seek hot new products to make their foodservice establishments more efficient and profitable.  Exhibiting Vermilion Bay Sweet seafood products to an audience of thousands of restaurant owners and operators is a surefire way to catch the attention of our local product to potential buyers.
