Acadiana Regional Seafood Hub
All eyes are on the Acadiana Regional Seafood Hub, the first food hub of its kind in Acadiana. The facility, a multi-use facility, is being constructed in Erath, Louisiana on Highway 14. The hub supports small businesses primarily in the seafood industry and a variety of other food-related businesses.
The Acadiana Regional Seafood Hub connects business owners to resources, producers to markets, and markets to consumers for improved quality of life. The structure is set to house a commissary kitchen, cold storage, packing and shipping and instruction and training space.
